The journey of my life


The journey starts like this from being fat to fit making yourself stronger than yesterday and competing the inside person. A few months ago, I lost all hopes, lost weight and the belief that I had on myself.....As days passed I started searching for the person who could change my life, none other than who was standing on the other side of mirror.....he gave me a spark to rise and shine again... I got thrust, A lot of motivation back and promised him that ill was not let him down again. This was not an easy thing for me, I needed to go from lots of pain and hard word. The fitness has changed my life completely now I see myself different from what I was and what I am now, the message to reach  Ito all those people who are reading, is that with all the hard word you can achieve your goals and be successful.
 

Life had lots of problems difficulties and many things, it was not so easy thing to get up and fight but fitness changed my life and my perception that without hard work you can't achieve anything. Life is all about struggle and hard work, how you train yourself and build a strong person who is mentally stronger and physically challenged with more power. The most important thing is how you burn calories and train your self that hard and insane in the gym. This is all my hard work from fat to fit journey.

Health is wealth

Health is the main thing that we are going to talk about today we're going to talk about our main concern, fat! Fat is a misunderstood and misconception of thinking, many seems to seek to eliminate it out of their meals altogether failing to understand the body needs fat for a reason. There are two ways simple rules you can keep in mind when dealing with fat: Ø   Don't eat too much of it, but eat enough of protein and calories. Instead of eating something which as protein and which is good for health. Ø   Eat vegetarian fat rather than animal fat like meat, egg, and milk for a better health and protein. First when you get up early in the morning drink warm water that cleans your stomach and keeps you healthy and fit. This keeps you fit and active in the morning and helps you to achieve your goals.
