Health is the main thing that we are going to talk about today we're going to talk about our main concern, fat! Fat is a misunderstood and misconception of thinking, many seems to seek to eliminate it out of their meals altogether failing to understand the body needs fat for a reason. There are two ways simple rules you can keep in mind when dealing with fat: Ø   Don't eat too much of it, but eat enough of protein and calories. Instead of eating something which as protein and which is good for health. Ø   Eat vegetarian fat rather than animal fat like meat, egg, and milk for a better health and protein. First when you get up early in the morning drink warm water that cleans your stomach and keeps you healthy and fit. This keeps you fit and active in the morning and helps you to achieve your goals.
